LATE CANCELLATIONS
What You Need to Know
At Mark William hair design, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged 20% of your total service fee. If your appointment was not booked online, this will need to be paid before booking you a future appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS
Be Considerate
Please be courteous to your stylist and other guests at Mark William hair design and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to other guests.
we as stylists do sometimes run behind. if for some reason your stylist runs more than 30 minutes behind without a message to you prior to your appointment. you will receive a 5% discount to your service total
