Once your order is placed it will be then sent to the supplier of Milk_shake who will then ship your product(s) to arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11am each business day will be forwarded to the supplier the following business day. Shipping of products is Monday to Friday with Friday orders after 11am being sent the following Monday metropolitan delivery (subject to stock availability). Delivery to rural addresses is 1 – 3 days. We offer free shipping for orders $130+. Orders under $130 will incur a $7.95  shipping fee. All delivery times are subject to couriers and all orders require a signature on delivery.
If you wish to give the courier authority to deliver without a signature you may specify this in your order notes. Mark William Hair Design and our courier representative will not be liable for any loss or damage to a parcel left in accordance with the instructions provided. Our courier representative may at their sole discretion refuse to leave the parcel at the specified location for any reason.
